If you are looking to invest I 100% recommend sitting down with Mr. Cross, his knowledge of the property market will blow you away and his fatherly persona makes you feel like one of the family. Current team is quite responsive, professional and polite. Our experience with park trent has been mixed due to frequent staff turn over. Hope current staff stays bit longer to create a good rapport with landlords.
