This is one of my favourite places that I’ve been to, ever. You won’t find better customer service anywhere else. The staff are genuine, friendly and go out of their way to help you. I felt treated like family.

Got my first Thom Browne glasses from Bella and Anthony. Not to brag, I look awesome So is EyeCandy! And a big hands up for Steven: nice and professional! Definitely will recommend to everyone!
If you need someone to pick out a style for you, I highly recommend Lily! She was literally amazing in selecting glasses that suited me in a short period of time. I left ordering two pairs! Very happy and they were made up very quickly! Thanks so much!
Eye Candy, the optometrist that is outstanding for customer service and a great range of frames. Attention to detail was excellent as was the friendly customer service and care in explaining all aspects of the glasses on offer and guiding me through the selection of new frames. No longer the traumatic experience of the past in lesser businesses. Great experience, worth a visit to browse the extensive range of fashion and functional frames.
I travelled 400km twice, once to pick out my glasses and then go back have them fitted. Well worth the drive as they are perfect. The owners know what they are doing and genuinely care about how the glasses fit and look on a persons face. Thank you!
Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Amazing selection of glasses frames and sunglasses to die for. The optometrist was awesome, really honest and genuinely a super nice person. I can safely say after my first visit I’m a customer for life! :-)
