Food was great, service was good. A few mix-ups from the team that took a while to amend. However, the food and coffee was great and fresh. Setting was nice, with a massive shaded seating area. It is on the more expensive side but not over the top.

Dine indoors or outdoors. Located at the south eastern corner of the rainbow roundabout in Braddon. Healthier breakfast and lunch options with focus of whole foods. Juices taste wonderful and accompanies the meals well. Great coffee also. Parking can be tricky and limited nearby in this area. Suggest parking several streets away and walk to this location.
Despite having a reservation we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. The waitress who seated us realised she had given our table away (even though we weren't late) so we had to wait for others to leave before we could sit down. When we finally did get a table it wasn't wiped down for us before we sat down. We weren't given any menus or direction for ordering when we were seated. The cafe had clearly overbooked/understaffed itself and it was chaotic. 2 of the "chocolate thickshakes" we ordered came out as entirely different drinks, one with banana in it and the other with remnants of other fruits, luckily we aren't allergic to anything because that would be a big concern. Neither was thick also. The coffee was burnt and the food came out so staggered that the first person to receive their food finished eating 10 minutes before the last person to receive their food got theirs. The food itself tasted good thankfully, but overall it was just a terrible experience.
Unfortunately was disappointed, the milkshakes we received were warm and horrible. We didn't even drink more than a quarter and had to leave them there. 15 for a sip of weird warm flavoured milk. to answer the below question, we asked for milkshakes and rhe server told us they only use ice cream because they don't have flavoured syrups, we said that was fine. yet even though it was apparently ice cream, it was not cold at all, it was horrible.
Food took a long time to come out. 40 minute wait for the vegan scrambled tofu toast. Vegan burger patty was not a patty at all but a vegetable mushy filling. Not the most pleasant texture for a burger. We were seated at a table which was in full sun with no shade, despite numerous umbrella bases located around our table. We love a good sunny Sunday but midday in the summer sun is not the best spot to be waiting 40 minutes for food.
This cafe is in a great spot, competing with some of the best cafes in Canberra. Maybe it just wasn't their day, but the coffee was terrible, the food took a long time to arrive and the avocado was so hard mashing it to put on toast was ridiculous. I didn't even finish my meal. After this experience I am amazed they are still this busy! The only reason why I gave a 2/5 is the location...
The girl with the leg tattoo had the worst attitude, I ordered a gluten free breakfast , was given sour dough bread apparently it was my fault because she's a chef and wouldn't make that mistake. Im pretty sure I wouldn't make the mistake of ordering sour dough toast. Bad experience never coming back
I went with a group of friends and we chose the tasting plate. OMG to die for. The pumpkin and mascarpone tortellini with burnt butter and sage is off the scale. It is one of the most beautiful dishes I have ever eaten. That said the rest of the menu is sensational too. We went on a Tuesday night and it was packed
