I came across Wade and his products two years ago after I was told the only way of removing calcium build up was to drain the pool and acid wash it to get an acceptable result. After discussing with Wade on the phone what his product could do I took the leap of faith and placed an order to give it a try. It did everything that was communicated and provided a fantastic result. Two years later I am giving the pool a follow up treatment as the original calcium build up was quite heavy and expecting great results again and hopefully back to new finish look!

We recently contacted The Pool Stain Removers as we had black spot and staining through our pool. I spoke directly with Wade who asked me a lot of questions to ascertain our problem and then talked me through how the process would work. Although we are located in Perth, the products were sent over to us straight away. The instructions which were sent were very easy to follow and we had results within days!!!
