Our company urgently needed our shipment and unfortunately the port was on strike. Our rep Aaron personally went to the port and grab our shipment into his car. The whole shipment is about 15 cartons and totalling 100kg. I really appreciate what he has done. Customer service - 5 stars

Our experience with BRI was that they were poorly managed and unprofessional (apart from the accounts department) - They constantly shipped incorrect items (at least 40). Stock was dirtied and damaged in their warehouse. We were over-charged for storage fees and communication was slow stressful and frustrating. Would not recommend. Services were over promised and constantly under delivered.
