I never thought i would write a feedback in Google but this case is unacceptable. Agreed for the mover to come over around 1-3pm but until 5pm it did not arrive. They said provide them some leeway but this is just outrages to wait forever for the mover to come. Every time I call the customer service they say they will try to contact the mover but end up no call back!!! Very bad mover service.

Filled out an online quote, sent a bunch of emails, called three times and only got through the 30min wait time once to someone who said they'd 'get the team to call me back to quote' never received a call back or any response to my emails over several weeks. Not really sure how you guys get your business?
Had to put stuff in storage when we had some construction work done at our home and they offered the simplest solution. They brought a storage unit to us, we loaded it ourselves, and then they picked it up and put it in storage for us. We did separate rooms over a few months and it was convenient to not have to organise our own transport each time. They brought our storage unit to us when we needed it, we could unpack contents for one room and then load up another room into the unit for storage. Never had a single issue over the months.
Stored and moved our whole house with BoxIt. Their service was friendly and prompt and they went out of their way to organise delivery at a time that suited us. A great service at a reasonable price.
I moved into a smaller place for a few months and didn't have space for every thing. But I new I would be moving again so storage was the best option, and Box It had the best solution. Loaded every thing myself into the storage box they brought to me and locked it. They picked it up and took it away. When I got every thing back recently (after finally moving to a bigger place) it was all just the way I packed it, clean and undamaged. Very helpful staff and will be coming back again.

This was a cost effective way to store my items while moving. The team did a terrific job. Thank you especially to Daniel who was thorough and professional.
Put some stuff into storage with them a year or so back. Got everything back a month ago because I didn't need them stored any more and was very happy that everything was just how it was packed originally - nothing damaged or unaccounted for.
