Took my sons bike in for a service as making a strange noise. Problem was identified as a worn gear. Friendly staff, prompt service and reasonably priced, an excellent experience. A few days later I got a puncture and the valve in the tube wasn’t long enough for the carbon rim. Once again excellent service fixed on the spot, this is what customer service should be like once again just superb. 10/10

Vlad and his team are true professionals. Was stuck in Melbourne (COVID) for an extended period of time, and my bike developed a crack in the carbon frame. Vlad took on the job to navigate the warranty process for me with Cervelo. Despite pressing hours in the lock down he delivered on his word. I now enjoy my new bike again he built up.
Cycle works is by far one of the best bike shops in Melbourne, with Vlad and his guys genuinely caring about their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and you’ll never be pressured into buying. Their workshop/mechanics are second to none. You can rest assured you’ll receive nothing but the best service both in choosing your bike and afterwards. It doesn’t end when you wheel your new bike out the door.
