Went to this clinic a couple of times attempting to get a blood test. The first time I was told by the (rude and defensive) receptionist that the nurse had to go to another clinic as an "emergency" and so couldn't do blood tests today. Fair enough, benefit of the doubt. Tried again a couple of days later, and I'm told this time the nurse is stuck in traffic - on 6th Jan, with hardly any traffic on the roads? Waiting for her to arrive gave me time to realise that I didn't want a person who couldn't show up to work on time on empty roads trying to stick a needle in my arm... Try your luck if you want, but there are plenty of clinics nearby.

Tried to get a blood test here but was told the pathologist wasn't in today. I don't understand as that's the entire point of the service. And from reading other reviews it seems like this isn't unusual for this place. Tried to ring another day to check if the pathologist was in but no one answered my calls despite 5 attempts
A guy who pick up the phone call (I am not sure is he reception or just just for phone pick up) he is the worst in the world. I never met a guy such this rude to clients 那個接線的男人真的太差了
I got the worst experience in my life because of Cynthia’s customer service. When I and my mom came in she kept asking why do we come here or not somewhere else? And then she kept complaint about my mom vein it’s hard to find it as my mom got a breast cancer. Moreover she said my mom doesn’t speak english that why it’s make her morning so difficult even I can translate for her. She discriminated me and my mom and this is not excepted as she has no right to do it. I would never come back as her wish.
Best experience I've actually ever had for a blood test and I don't do them very well! Cynthia could not have been kinder and more effecient, I have trouble sometimes with my veins hiding and she had no problems. She also waited patiently for me as I raced from work before they closed and was still so kind and patient with me. Thank you for such a great experience. Update: I've been here 4 times now and I have the same great experience every time.
awful customer service, ahh to be honest there's no service at all... that what happened: me: hello, how're you? reception: 'silence' me: do you do CBC? him: what's that? me: complete blood count test him: what do you mean? me: test to count red cells, white cells, platelets and other things. him: a doctor asked you to do? me: no, it's a just a routinely check. him: bring reference from GP. me: I'm gonna pay it myself, I don't need insurance. him: 'with anger voice' ask the lady inside. me: hello, can I do CBC "complete blood count" her while talking to phone: wait a minute me after a couple of minutes: do you do CBC, without doctor reference and I'm gonna pay by cash, no insurance. her: no, must go to doctor first. me: thank you to her and honestly, I didn't say thanks to the rude receptionist
