We have lived on 100 acres in the Southern Highlands for many years. A couple of years ago we decided to sell and rent. The first attempt was a few acres so still a lot of work so we moved to our current property on one acre in Moss Vale. It was a good decision and the best bit of luck was we have Lyn Clark as our property manager. Lyn is a very special person and while she cares totally for the property owner and is very efficient and knowledgeable with a team of tradesmen to repair any issues quickly, she is also caring and supportive to any good tenants she has. You may be lucky enough to have someone like Lyn but the special part of having Lyn as your property manager is that she anticipates. She comes to us with suggestions and advice and always compliments us on what she sees as the good care of the property.
