The place looks quite fancy and it has a lot of functionality. I would say though that there have been issues of communication where emails were either not sent, sent to the incorrect emails or to the wrong person. Potentially covid has interfered but activities are low and most residents spend time in front of the television or in their room. Staff are friendly but focus on getting tasks done and do not build on personal connections with residents.

Decent place for our elders. Much respected place, fantastic team of young staff. can't complain. Better than others homes with short of care staff.

Horrible management, care staff forced to work short, they are not paid correctly Someone will report this management for employee exploitation to union and fair work. My friend’s nan regrets being in here
