At Boutique Homes Aurora Wollert, we first visited in November 2019 and I say Troy Davis is the best New Home Consultant, very knowledgeable and shows interest to each client in every level. He managed to explain detailed information to us even when he knew its our first time to visit home displays,meaning we might or might not apply at that moment,however, he treated us like VIPs, seriously...After that day we visited another 8 home displays but none of them showed interest in our queries...therefore, in February 2020... we went back to him and we started our commitment to build our first home with Boutique Homes! During the process, Troy provided us options and used his professional knowledge and his own home experience as an example in choosing the most cost-effective and functional features of our chosen home designs. Troy provided time to always check the best option of land estate and He managed to find the BEST block of land for us! The universe brought us to Boutique Homes and we are ecstatic to have chosen them as our Builder! Thanks to Troy(Best Home Consultant)... we met Felicity,Lewis and Brendan!!! My partner and I have decided to build our first home with Boutique Homes and our sales assistant, Troy, in Aurora has been more than helpful throughout the contract process! We decided to start building during the COVID-19 pandemic due to the government scheme for first home builders, and when the display homes were super inundated with work from walk-throughs and customers with questions, Troy worked hard to put time aside to give us a great amount of attention to begin our contract process. He was nothing but helpful from when we decided what house design we wanted, to the finished layout decisions. Troy used his professional knowledge as well as personal home-owning experience to help us decide on smaller scaled options such as what kind of staircase we wanted, to what kind of windows would best suit each room. We both could not be more excited to start building our first home with Boutique, and we recommend this company highly for anyone else who is looking to build a home!
