We're still very early in our build project with Boutique, but our experience so far has been a very positive one. Our consultant, Stuart, has been nothing but helpful, open and honest with us. He made himself available on a non-working day to assist us with selecting just the right piece of our land for our build. The initial quote we received was actually higher than the final price, which was a wonderful surprise. The fact that we could lock in a fixed build price with no time limit is brilliant! After being walked through every aspect of our new home and with a great price, we're really excited for Stuart and Boutique to come along on this journey with us.

5 stars for our colour appointment experience and to our interior designer/colour consultant. Colour appointment experience was fun and stress free simply because we knew what we wanted and we had a brilliant colour consultant who was very knowledgeable and experienced and helped us with our choices without being too pushy. Everything went well and we went home happy with all our selections. We did have some hiccups with our floor plan, however, our pre start consultant was very considerate and professional and listened really well to what we’re aiming for. She makes every effort to communicate, keep us updated and fix the issue. Everyone we dealt with at Boutique were all pleasant and professional.
Thank you to Boutique Homes and to our Sales Associate, Josh, for their assistance with getting our home build process started. Josh assisted with our several design options, including some custom design options, and kept us under budget. Josh also went the extra mile in finding us affordable land in a lucrative estate after several weeks of difficulty in finding land. Boutique Homes' policies are also very generous - 25-year structural warranty, 12-month warranty for other elements of the home, fixed site costs, etc. We are glad we chose such a reputable company to build our home.
Our first home journey has been superb so far, thanks to our Boutique Homes' champions Bill, Ashleigh, Jackie, and Jessica who have been awesome in their respective roles. Being new to building a house, we appreciate how they patiently guided and answered hundreds of our questions that made us feel comfortable with our decisions. They always maintain an open communication and advise with expertise. They truly went above and beyond. We trust this kind of support and quality of service would continue throughout our journey. Can't wait for the construction to start.
Boutique homes staff have been extremely helpful throughout our building process. We finished our colours appointment and left really happy and confident. Our interior designer was very knowledgable, genuine and honest; which we appreciated. We had a really good experience dealing with them and would highly recommend.
We had a fantastic experience with Bec Stephens at Boutique choosing our interiors for our new home. We were able to meet with Bec for a showroom walk through ahead of our selection appointment and share our vision and ideas so the final selections were straightforward and already narrowed down to a few choices. Bec was also mindful of our budget requirements and helped us to achieve the style we were after within our budget. We were guided through a complex and potentially stressful process with professionalism and expertise and we can't wait to see our selections in our new home.
We had a wonderful experience spending the day at the showroom making selections for our home. Nikki was really knowledgeable and helpful and made the process as easy as it could be! Looking forward to seeing it all come together! Some more time in finalising decisions would have been appreciated but this is company policy to decide and sign off on the day.
This is our first time building for my partner and I and so far the experience has been great! The attention to detail given by Belinda in our colour appointment was amazing, we were a little nervous and overwhelmed going into it but Belinda settled all those nerves and was a delight to be with all day! Rachael our pre start consultant has also been so great and attentive! We would highly recommend choosing Boutique Homes, we can’t wait until our build starts in the coming months.
