Such a lovely and kind service the plumbers were on time well presented and explained their services to me. I received a great quote straight away and admin was very helpful she even gave me a Christmas special promotion of a candle just for booking with the services in December. My father noticed his water bill increasing over 3 months. We called in a plumber Bourke Plumbing to investigate. He noticed the water meter turning slowly so there was a leak somewhere He found the leak in an unusual spot of the house. Which being such an old house and couldn’t get to it. He replaced al the piping brand new. No more meter turning. Yeah!! He also recommended that we call the water company which compensated us a refund of the extra water usage. We highly recommend Bourke Plumbing for his amazing work, his honesty and was always on time and very reliable. Don’t hesitate to call them. You won’t be disappointed. Happy daddy Happy water bill

Bourke Plumbing came highly recommended after I posted for a plumber on a Facebook Community Website. From my initial interaction with reception and subsequent experience with Nev I cannot praise them enough. They were prompt, efficient, honest, extremely reliable, and without highly inflated prices. It is highly commendable of a business which appreciates and makes time for our pensioner community as too often the 'small customer base' can be lost within larger projects! Seriously unprofessional ! Started this small job back in November on our food trailer that we have been working on for 2 years ( small, i assume, for him, to us this is our entire business ). It is now March and after leaving voicemails, texts and emails for months, to try and organise the ESV inspection, so we are legally allowed to use our trailer, have been told that they can no longer 'complete' the job for us. Nevel didn't bother turning up to multiple appointments when i had taken full days off work to ensure i was there to accomodate him. We have absolutely no idea why we we have been ignored for so long and why we have been left in the lurch, with a completed gas system in place but nobody willing to follow through with a ESV inspection, so strange. Don't waste your time like we have, we have been left at a loose end and so disappointed !
