Extremely terrible customer service. Purchased a six pack of Somersby Ciders from Bottle Mart Cashmere. After getting home and opening the first bottle I noticed it had a very strange, terrible taste, like it was off, asked my partner and she said the same thing. I often drink Somersby and know what they should taste like. I decided to take the remainder 5 bottle back to Bottle Mart Cashmere only to be told “I don’t know, nothing I can do about it, leave a review on Facebook and get in contact”.
