My package said it has been delivered however I never received it. The delivery driver appears to have made a random squiggle as my signature and marked as delivered even though my store was closed and no way anyone could have even signed for it. No tracking agents know where my parcel is now and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with. The worst and laziest courier company in Australia without a doubt. Driver updated tracking to say it was at Port Melbourne Post Office hub, drove 40 minutes to get there and they said the tracking information is non existent and it was never there. They also think the driver has stolen it as they could not even get into contact with the company themselves

Horrible customer service and delivery service. Most of the phone numbers for this company are disconnected and when you do get through, no one can provide in information about where your packages are or how long delivery will be. Tracking info doesn’t update either. Packages will sit in Sydney for weeks with no updates or explanation why.
Lying about attempt to deliver , late with delivery . I wonder why they are even working when clearly they are not doing their job.

Worst service I have ever seen. The package was showing custom cleared for more than a week and still undelivered. It was just goign Melbourne to Sydney and Sydney to Melbourne for custom clearence. This is ridiculous more likely to lose your package.
Four days from the Melbourne depot to Adelaide I can live with. But six days and counting from Adelaide to the Barossa Valley (which is an hours drive) is utterly hopeless.
