These guys have blown my mind - No sugar, no dairy and tastes amazing in everything I have tried: I started with the feta and I couldn't believe how good it was. I've put it on pasta, burgers, salads and it makes all of them better. This is now a staple in my fridge! - The pomegranate and mint feta has that sweetness in it and I've started using it as a snack! - The pesto I find to be very bit as good as a dairy pesto. Probably better than some I've had. Just try it. Seriously. - I then moved on to the butter, which I now prefer to Nutelex which is what I was using. - the beetroot dip tastes a bit different initially, and I liked it more, the more I ate it. Needless to say - I am a convert. Great work guys!
You have to try the Black Gold and the vegan cultured butter! This is crazy.
The vegan macadamia cheese is the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my entire life. I will be giving this to everyone I know for birthdays from now on.

I am not vegan, but I've reduced dairy in my life have been missing cheese so much... it's been traumatic! Until I found botanical culture - wow - the Persian Feta is amazing!! Also the classic cashew cheese yum. Been using the latter to make a vegan lasagne. Also very much appreciate the live culture aspect and benefits for the digestion. And locally made. Just so good, thank you BC!
Awesome! I stumbled across the Botanical Cuisine products in IGA (Sunshine Coast hinterlands) and, on a whim, decided to buy the Caramelised Beetroot Cashew dip. Although pricier than generic dips and spreads, this product was worth every cent. It emanates quality and the taste is divine. It basically became our butter substitute for the week and ended up on every piece of bread, toast or wrap we ate. It is beautiful on its own or as a complementary flavour to bigger creations. We will definitely buy this product again and are excited to try the other options in the Botanical cuisine range.
