Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. The staff always go above and beyond our expectations. Our baby needs a compounded antibiotic and we live on the tablelands, they deliver to Cairns and meet us every few weeks. What a wonderful bunch of people!!

The gentleman who was the Pharmacist was very friendly. However the old shop assistant lady who opened up late was rude and grouchy. I asked if I should come back a bit longer but said no and after making my purchase she made a comment that she hates people barging in the shop while opening. I don't mind the overpriced items but at least smile, Lady. She also didn't give me the non-drowsy sea sickness tablet as she says it doesn't work and insists on buying another brand. Couldn't drive the whole day after realising the med she recommended was making me drowsy.
