I recently had a custom couch made by the team at Boss Sofas and I could not be happier with the result! The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout the process making sure every detail was perfect. Not only is the couch exactly what I had envisaged, but it is also extremely comfortable! I have already recommended Boss Sofas to a number of family and friends.

Hats off to this team. They did an amazing job on recovering my vintage tight back English roll arm sofa. We collaborated and consulted and they made sure I was happy throughout the process. We just had our sofa suite, storage ottoman, and a lounge chair reupholstered by Boss. They came back better than when we first bought them from the furniture store! Kim, who handled all of our queries, was super responsive and gave pointers for alternative options too. The entire experience was open and transparent and I had no doubts in choosing Boss. For the ottoman, we also redesigned the top as our fabric is a solid colour and we wanted some aesthetic details. Boss furniture went through with us the pros and cons of our design to make sure what came back would be long-lasting so that we made an informed decision for the final product. We'll definitely engage Boss again in the future.

Excellent service. Fantastic and responsive communication. Quick turnaround time. Only 3 weeks, from quote to delivery of final product. I had new cushions made for my wooden frame, and addition of a new base board. They arranged pick up and delivery. They were very good at discussing options and making sure everything was to a high standard. Very happy.
