The team at Boronia Vet were very kind and efficient when I needed to get my dog looked at after a bug bite had caused her face to swell. They got me seen very quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. The vet was very thorough! I would definitely go back there if I needed to! I really appreciate them fitting me in

Just wanted to say a massive Thank you to everyone there who was involved in getting my boy Rusty all better He was admitted to the animal hospital with a very bad stomach - no eating, no drinking and couldn’t hold anything down and he wasn’t in a good way The vet and nurses did such a great job at getting him better and I will be forever grateful as he so important to me A special mention to the vet Matt who kept me constantly updated and well informed about Rusty’s aftercare and he is back to his normal happy self I am from Pakenham and I will be bringing my boy there for now on and I will be recommending you guys to all my friends and family

Yoke is an excellent Vet and person. The staff are very welcoming to the pets & tolerate us old blokes very well. :)

Really well managed approach to appointments in the difficulty of COVID, appreciated being contacted whilst in the carpark so there's no risk of too many animals or owners at the desk area. Our vet, Dr Colleen was fantastic, we have two small dogs that scare easily, she's so gentle, efficient and really helpful with her knowledge for us and the dogs. Thank you - excellent service and care.

Fantastic Vets and Nurses. Highly recommended clinic with highly knowledgeable staff. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but would prefer to wait when they're thorough. Our dogs love Vet-Time!!

We called the clinic in November supposed to make an appointment for our cat and the staff said the nurse will call back, and she called in 21st Dec. , anyway we made booking on 23rd Dec, for teeth cleaning and extraction, chip registration, and was told to take it there 7 - 9 o'clock in the morning , and it had to fast the night before. We sent it there 8 a.m. this morning and called them 1:00 p.m. to ask how it's going, they said it's still waiting but won't be long, and then a lady called at 2:00 p.m. said they have an emergency patient and our cat has to wait until 7:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 so my cat has no food and no water for more than 20 hours. I won't take my cat there anymore and if my cat got something wrong for this reason , I reserve my right to claim.

They robbed me of several years with my beloved pet by misdiagnosing him with a disease he didn't have and prescribing medicine that eventually destroyed his organs. I am heartbroken. I have no children and he was my heart, my soul. I urge you not to make the same error I did by trusting these incompetent 'vets'. Go elsewhere for the sake of your animal.
