We had our Outdoorable BBQ Hut installed shortly after building our first home and couldn’t be happier! The team were amazing in dealing with our installation, and since then we have had the pleasure of hosting many BBQ’s, birthday parties, and summer drinks in our backyard. We’ve added fairy lights, a fire pit, a hammock, and of course, a BBQ to our BBQ Hut which had really brought life to our backyard. We can’t recommend Outdoorable enough!

What started out as a promising experience rapidly descended into poor after sales service and appalling public relations. Chris is a very pleasant and helpful chap who is unfortunately undermined by Sue, the office woman. Despite their website advertising that payment was 20% up front with the balance upon installation, Sue denied that this was their policy and demanded full payment before installation. When I pointed out that their website did in fact promise the 20%, the website was changed overnight, making payment in full a pre-requisite. I have had many jobs completed where final payment is only made once the job is satisfactorily completed, but not here - they demand full payment for the gazebo before lifting a finger! Due to the many delays in getting the gazebo built, Chris promised a free tin of stain to make up for the delay, plus assistance in supplying extra timber. However when I rang to collect that tin, Sue refused to honor it and told me that Chris had not made that promise (despite that promise being witnessed by two people when the offer was made.) After completion of the gazebo, I asked for a quote for supplying additional timber to match the existing, yet even after successive emails and telephone calls, no quote was given or followed up. Promises were made, but nothing resulted. Dealing with Chris was a pleasure as he is an amenable type of chap, but his office girl Sue is only pleasant as long as things are going their way - after that she is simply the rudest, most uncooperative, ill-mannered and objectionable person you would hope not to meet. The gazebo is nice, but if anything goes wrong don't expect after sales service - there isn't any!!
Very happy with the finished job. We asked for some customisations and it seemed nothing was too much trouble for Chris. (The owner) Our gazebo is now our pride and joy making the back yard far more usable even in winter.
Well,where do I start. These folk are simply hopeless and simply incompetent.Lots of emails and lots or mistakes and errors,finally sorted after nearly 3 months.Think long and hard before going down this rabbit hole.
