All I wanted to do is get some documents certified, something I do for other people about 30 times a year. If you dont want to certify anything, just be honest and say that, rather than saying (patronizingly) 'we're really busy at the moment' (when you have a total of 1 customer in the whole place). Anyway, I (who used to shop there about once a month for prescriptions, masks, supplements) and nobody else from my friends and family will ever go there again, so no more problems!. Just put up a sign at the front saying 'we dont certify anything so go away'.

Staffs were courteous and friendly however still found it taking too long (around twenty minutes), especially for something that doesn't require prescription. Understand there's probably SOPs behind giving out medications but missing the train to work isn't fun after.
