It’s a great store for the party supplies. Assortment is quite big but the issue is that they have mainly low quality staff which would be cheap everywhere but not here. Service might be a bit better. Nothing wrong but also nothing extra. For someone who search specific horror things - they have a special room full of that kind of stuff.

The showroom is ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE!!! They amount of quality stock is amazing and they have really created a one stop shop. Both kids and adults will find practically anything as I would say I have never seen 95% anywhere else.
Very good service, quite a broad range of costumes also.
Over priced, bad quality, will not allow refunds even if you have a receipt, product/s are unopened and is only 2 days after purchase. All round bad customer service. Would not recommend. I had better luck at a discount store.

A group of us purchased costumes here for a New Year's party. Impressive range of costumes at very competitive prices! The staff member was happy to assist with any questions we had and even had a few suggestions to help us decide. I would definitely go back here next time I need a costume.
