I was charged an additional 110 compared to what I was quoted without notice, and when I called up to sort it out, the person I spoke to was useless. He lacked a sense of urgency to resolve the issue and wasn’t willing to refund me the difference because we couldn’t put a sales representatives name to the quote. Apparently that’s my fault for not asking for the sale representatives name after being passed around on the phone 4 times to receive the quote. It’s their terrible customer service that got me here in the first place. I also ordered 1.5m3 of concrete mix and received just over 1.0m3 of a badly mixed, overly rocky, batch of concrete mix. And that’s also my fault because I was the last delivery for the day. I only gave the second star because the delivery driver was a top bloke, other than that this lot of people are terrible people to work with.
