This review relates to their customer service; I rang multiple times, every time had to be hold for 10 minutes; I left multiple messages and they got back to me 3 - 4 days after, and still were unable to provide smooth, satisfying solution even though the nature of the enquiry was really simple.

Can not speak highly enough about this bank. We will never go to the main stream banks again. We have a number of loans through this bank. Our private banker is amazing and could not be more helpful and gets back to me always the same day if not within the hour. They do all the hard work.

I have a term deposit with them and have rang them twice to terminate it at maturity and when it reached the maturity date I check my account if the funds were transferred and it wasnt there. I waited 3 days to give it time to clear and it wasnt there. On the same day I received a letter advising me that it has been reinvested. Stay away from this company.
