Fantastic price and service, but got dryer home and it's damaged. Needed it same day but can't use cause I'm going to have to take it back. And waste my day tomorrow replacing it.
I went to the Booval Store to print a photo book and I was quite distressed as the photos are of a special person who has passed away. Nate & Siobhan were so helpful & caring. I really couldn’t have completed it without their help. They are caring, helpful and offer much needed advice. I have never been happier with the service they provided. A true pleasure, I definitely will be processing all my photos at the Booval Store. I encourage those thinking about making a photo book via Harvey Norman to go to the Booval Store and Nate and Siobhan will look after you. They were exceptional, couldn’t ask for a better team. Siobhan helped me through the whole process, placing & grouping photos together, which made the book look professional. I am very pleased with the overall look. Recently my husband and I were looking to purchase an oven. Tony in 'Electrical' immediately offered us assistance. He was a great sales rep and his fantastic product knowledge enabled us to make a suitable choice. Nothing was too much trouble and he phoned as soon as our oven was ready for collection. I would highly recommend any future customers to go and see him.

I brought a new desktop PC from the team at Harvey Norman, The PC was every thing that I wanted and preformed exactly as a gaming PC should and at a bargain price. But every thing changed when the Video card attacked, The graphics card started to have serious issues, so I took it back to the team at Harvey Norman Booval & they went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me to get my PC fixed, they were knowledgeable, Professional and very friendly to deal with.
