Came down to lake conjola from out of town and wasn’t sure what to expect from a small name out doors store... by far the best outdoor shopping experience I have ever had, all staff were extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend boots outdoors enough !!

Buyer beware! A large selection of good camping gear, but also mixed in with junk gear. They make returns really difficult and need to modernise their returns policies and customer service. Some of their gear just isn't as good as they wish it was. They'd be better off having less staff that are more highly trained. If you can hold out 'til Nowra or Wollongong you'll have a better selection and less hassles.
