I have been training with ultra fit athlete for over a year now and have consistently been getting fitter and healthier from PT training to boot camps on the beach with awesome people the training has taken me to another level where I’m achieving all my goals, and there were some I thought impossible! Also they helped me understand the importance of good nutrition and mental strength if your looking for your training to go to the next level or even work towards your first event ultra fit athlete are the people you need to be part of your journey!

I’ve been training and getting coaching from Jason at ultra fit athlete for the past few years now and would highly recommend to anyone trying to test their metal and physical capabilities, when I first started out I would struggle to finish a small runs but now with the right training plans and guidance I’m now able to compete in ultra marathons all thanks to his help and inspiration.

Jason is a great trainer and allround great guy who unlike most trainers contines to better himself to inspire and motivate everyone around him. I was training with Jas in lead up to the 24 hour enduro championships and through Ultra Fit Athletes programing I was more than happy with my results amd i encourage any one, any any or goal to give him a try.
Hi all , RJC is great place to train as a group or get an personalised one on one training program .I never use to a ultra runner never ran more than 10 km .since training with Jason Reardon I am running 100k event more often . Accomplished goals as WTM in Vegas 24h race , true grit 24h and so on .saying all that I would highly recommend RJC for all levels . Trainer explains the exercises and give advise on nutrition as well So don't think give a go
Run jump crawl is a great gym. The trainers a friendly and approachable. During classes the explain all exercise in detail and help you with technique. The classes are fun and you feel like you have worked really hard during them. They have a good variety of different classes which is great so you don't get bored. It's the kind of gym you walk into and feel comfortable not intimidated. The pt's offer a range of services - I have pt and a nutrition plan from my pt. in the 2 months I have been training with Jason I have started feeling stronger and can notice a change in my body shape. I feel great
Great outdoor training environment. lots of fun and variety. recommend for anyone wanting to lose weight, gain strength and endurance or just have fun
