Review is provided to the owner of this business. A few Sunday's ago, my son and I were checking out the electronic menu on the side of the Boost stand at 9.50am. I knew that the staff member on was not opening till 10am (as per Westfield hours) and we were happy to peruse the menu and order when it was opened. We were not making a sound nor looking at her for assistance. However, the staff member (wearing her earphones) spoke to us in an abrupt manner with the words "that won't work if you are trying to order... We are not open yet". In which I replied. I am aware you are not open but we are just happy looking at the menu as it is not on display anywhere else. "Her response was a huffy face, an eyeroll and walked off to do something on the other side. My son and I felt uncomfortable from that point on and decided to go to Donut King instead (which was OPEN at 9.53am). Unfortunately, you lost business, you lost a regular customer and if your staff behave like this regularly, you may face the same fate that Yoghurtland faced. That would be a shame for Tuggerah. I have posted this because after thinking about it over in the last few weeks and given that we shop at Tuggerah every week and this was our go-to treat, we feel it would not be right to not bring this to your attention. I hope for your sake, the staff improve on customer service.

Boost tuggerah is a great juice and smoothie bar. App ordering is a great option as sometimes there can be a small line. Prices vary amongst Boost stores, Tuggerah is one of the higher priced stores.

The girls who work here are ill motivated and aren't friendly at all. I've switched to Top Juice as the girls at Boost are rude, and as Top Juice use actual berries instead of berry icecream. I think Michaela is the only nice girl who works there, the others are very rude and I hate even going past this shop.
