Burleigh Alesha was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Husband placed his order. I was clearly still deliberating as I was looking at the menu board. Alesha says to my husband "is she getting one?". I replied yes SHE is. She then patronisingly responded and wouldn't make eye contact. This was Wednesday 4 November at 1.30pm. Manager please investigate. May have her spelling wrong! Very disappointing!

Smoothies were terrible, very watery, and not what type we asked for. Tasted horrible(we have had the flavours we ordered before). I love Boost, but the service was awful here, will not be returning to this one. Very disappointed.
Went to order boost juice, young lady came to serve me. She later went ignored me and went off to Kmart. This was also mid transaction, fortunately her work mate came and finished the transaction.
Unbelievably daft staff! Come in to redeem a birthday boost and order another (obviously I’m paying for the second one) and staff can’t understand basic English! I literally had to walk away and say I’m going to a different boost juice! Please stop hiring straight out of school kids! It’s not a good look for your business!

I wouldn't spend my money here again. The lady who looked like she may have been the owner was extremely brash and rude, both to customers and her trainee staff. I've worked in hospitality a LOT and I know how to treat both customers and staff. I will 100% not be coming back. I also wasn't super happy with the smoothie. They used to be a lot better, this one was mainly ice. Too expensive for terrible customer service and an average smoothie, and when there are a million places you can buy a smoothie, these guys need to up their game.
Boost has always been my favourite smoothie place but their service here is horrible. The two girls i was just served by looked like they’d rather be anywhere else but at work, they ignored us when walking up to the counter and we were waiting around while they were chatting until I spoke up and asked if i could order something. Horrible customer service, not happy.
They only had one girl on here when we ordered she was fantastic great at making them I swear she put more goodies in it this time. So yeh overall happy as with the service not sure about the centre itself needs some serious tlc
