Waiting 30 mins for a juice for my partner which was under “Joseph” we waited for ages they put his order in as “Kirsty” awful service aswell

Great juice and smoothies. Expensive.
Have been going to this boost for some time now. Great juices. One thing I would suggest due to current situation of Covid-19. I would not be letting people getting there own straws. Other Boosts ask if you would like a paper or plastic straw, and the pass it to you with a pair of tongs. This has stopped me from using until times change.
Sunday 26th April 3.30pm went in for my usual juice. Waited quite a while to be served (was seen but ignored) with another couple behind me ready to order also only to be told ‘we’ve stopped serving’ I thought you closed at 4 but that’s ok I’ve only waited here 10 minutes to be told that and where is the sign up so we could all see you were closed it looked all open lights on still another girl blending juices with customers collecting them. Really poor service!
Was just served by Francesca, absolutely the best service!
Some of the best Boosts l have had in a long time, All of the employees make you appreciated, Grace is one of the best workers there.
