Have tried for 6 months to get my machine repaired, but they are too busy to care. Whenever I ring, they tell me there's a backlog and to try again in a few weeks.
One of the best sewing specialists I have seen in a long time. Stocks quality fabrics and machines as well as sewing notions that just don't easily get these days. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and there is a range of classes you can do from dressmaking and pattern fit taught by the wonderful Larraine Jenkins to loads of quilting classes. You could spend hours in this store.
Very helpful and informative. Helped me choose the perfect sewing machine for my needs and provided plenty of help/tuition. Fabrics in store are beautiful quality, far superior to other fabric stores.
