I hire small lifter. It didn't do the job as the wire snapped as soon as we put 100kg load. The capacity supposed to 300kg. My carpenter lost a day. They said they would refund. However, when I went there to get reimbursement two days later, they said it was consumer fault and wouldn't refund. They also said the machine had a new wire. It was a big fat lie as it was a rusty wire.
