While the staff are friendly, their sales tactics is questionable. I booked an appointment to get my vision tested, and while there was only a very minor change from the last time I was tested, they still insisted I buy new glasses. Not one, but TWO pairs including sunglasses which I clearly told them I don't wear. Very pushy sales staff (bald asian older man). Would not recommend Specsavers as I've noticed this across a few of their franchise stores.
