Very nice place with a variety of stuff to buy as gifts. Prices are reasonable and the display is fantastic. We'll stocked Isles with decent width compared to similar shops.

Your store manager Janine has to be the worst store manager I have ever met. Not only she is rude, she gives a vibe like she doesn't want to be there. Worst of all she was rude in front of her staff. She needs to be either re-trained for good customer service or get ride of her. She is bad example for your other young staff.
