I’ve never written a bad review, but I was absolutely appalled at the customer service. Asked for someone to help me with information on outdoor plants and got told to come back during the week? if you have no time for customers then maybe don’t open a shop. Will take my business elsewhere

Recieved delivery of soil on weekend, spotted minor issue, staff was quick to respond and assess, delivery driver very friendly and helpful, staff very patient and offer great advice. Not the cheapest but not he most expensive at the same time great value for premium product
I purchased a kumquat plant from here and noticed some white substance on the leaves which I thought I could have washed it out using water. I did some research and discovered that it is infected with citrus leaf miner which has spread to almost one-third of the plant. I had to remove the leaves that were infected and after a week, it had spread to my other lemon trees. Please examine closely when you purchase your plants.
This a beautiful garden escape! There is a wide selection of unusual varieties of plants that you would typically find at specialist nurseries. There is a gift store, pots and beautiful garden statues. The cafe is well situated looking onto the nursery
Garden centre is lovely. Could walk around and explore all day. Lovely staff
Good range, variety, and quality of plants. Lots of different sizes of plants. I even found some things I haven't seen before. But it's not cheap. Cafe is not bad. Landscape section is pretty well stocked too for gravel, pavers, pebbles, soil, etc
We came into your garden centre today, and had incredible service from Peta. Peta provided exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and continued to assist my mum and I as we were asking questions. Thank you Peta.
