Both my daughter and I recently got the DK app and with it you get a free coffee, thankfully it was free as I would not have been happy paying for the horrible coffee we both were given. It was burnt and flavourless. Was only having the occasional donut here but they are too expensive for the tiny morels you get. I was happy this shop recently reopened but it may as well have stayed shut.

3 times now ive noticed, the older ppl that work there don't wear the mandatory masks properly or at all!!! when the rules are in place.. if they don't take public health seriously how serious do you think they take food handling practices?? disgraceful!!

On the 28th May, we went to get our coffee and Donuts from Donut King, donuts were not very nice and was unable to see or taste the cinnamon when I inquired about this the staff were very rude and I was told not to come back, great customer service, and we will never go back that is for sure, picture of pathetic donut served !!!!!!!

What a great little shop! Friendly staff, great donuts. Plenty of choice and a lovely little seating area too. You can order goodies for birthdays too :) Or just grab a quick bite to go. Hot coffee, cold drinks, yum !

No probs with the food/coffee but the service needs some tlc. Second time in a week that we've walked away and taken our business elsewhere. Customers understand when you're busy but to stand for 5 to 10 minutes and be totally ignored by staff is not good customer service. A friendly hello and sorry for the wait, be with you in a minute, is all that's required for customers to feel wanted and be prepared to wait. When ignored, customers soon decide to go somewhere else where they feel welcomed and that it's worth the wait.
