I have been going to The Healing Touch Wellbeing Centre for a few years now and I can honestly say that I have never found a therapist like Abe that takes the full holistic and empathetic approach to wellbeing. Depending on the physical or emotional pain I was experiencing, Abe was able to help me to uncover the underlying cause every time through various techniques like Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Bowen Therapy. I also have scoliosis in which I can experience a lot of back, hip, and neck pain. After just one session with Abe, I could feel an immediate relief that other massage therapy or stretching techniques never were able to do in the past. Abe worked with me on my own personal healing journey and he taught me to look at the problems more deeply because there is always a reason for the pain. Everyone should have an Abe in their lives and you will not regret working with him on your journey towards your own health, happiness, and joy.

I'm a 50 years old ex rugby playing, skier who has been suffering the ravages of the knocks and bumps for as long as I can remember. Abe introduced me to the Bowen Technique and other remedial therapies that help to keep me upright and as active as I like to be. In fact in the last few years he's helped me get onto a bicycle and cycle huge distances for charity, then pick me back up and get me on again.
