Dr Fernandez is fantastic. She relates very well to kids and explains things in simple and uncomplicated terms that they can understand. I would highly recommend her.

Had a very horrible experience with one of their receptionists there, she was quite rude and impatient. We were at the clinic for 1.5 hour, my 9 months old was hungry and all I want is get him for food as he hasn't had any food since am that morning (we were there til 11:30). When finalizing the payment and trying to book another appointment in one year's time, she was being very snappy at me. Once everything is done, I turned around and reassured my hungry baby saying:okay let's get you home for lunch, then she snapped at me raising her voice asking "WHAT DID YOU SAY? " I left the clinic with tears in my eyes and felt so humiliating. There's absolutely no need for her to be rude and snappy at me and my hungry/tired baby. I was in shock and felt horrible. However the doctor we had and the nurse were both very nice and sweet.

Professor Adam Jaffe is BRILLIANT!!!!! Quick diagnosis for my son and correct treatment, couldnt recommend him highly enough! Well done Professor, and thank you for helping us!!!!

Dr Kaur is very professional and is supportive of breastfeeding mothers. She is flexible and adjusted plans to suit the needs of the child and worked well with parents.
