My daughter took her brand new bracelet which was a anniversary gift to the store to have the magnet holding the bracelet ends together fixed. As she didn’t have a receipt they were refusing to fix it. After explaining why she would not have a receipt and phoning her boyfriend to speak to the customer service they agreed. It took one minute to fix but couldn’t they have just been agreeable from the beginning. Kindness costs nothing.... and great service ensures happy and returning customers.

Today we had excellent customer service from an Australian girl, she went above and beyond. Absolutely made our day! Would 100% recommend.
The old lady with blonde hair who is very grumpy and discriminate asian look. I wanted to buy a gift for my mum and sister and was looking around what to buy so she came to me and asked if I need help so I said no thanks. Beside me there are so many customers around and she was particularly watching me and following me and then she came to with hand sanitiser. She did no say anything, she was just holding hand sanitiser. I was shocked. Left very angry
ATROCIOUS customer service. Whilst on the phone talking to the manager, angie, about an issue of a deteriorating piece due to really bad quality, then obviously a customer walked in the store - she then said hello to the customer whilst on the phone to me. She then said you can call the head office and sort it out with them. What is the point of being the manager if they can't even solve an serious issue! I find the quality of the Swarovski has gone down hill a lot. Don't waste your money on this brand. The warranty is only 12 months and they charge you the earth for replacing missing crystals. Also I agree with other reviews regarding staff. There's probably only 1-2 really helpful & friendly ones. Definitely not the current manager.

Possibly my favourite Swarovski store in the world. Even better than the Italian and French stores.
Unfortunately my experience at this boutique was not very good when I tried to exchange a gift. One of the sales assistant did try her best however was busy with another customer but acknowledged me and reassure me someone would help shortly. However the other two assistants I interacted with barely acknowledge me and when they did help me try something on they couldn’t even smile or appear to be interested. This was not a one off either as my mother had the same experience with the same assistants when she originally went in to purchase the gift. In the end the interaction left me so upset I just got a credit note so I could go to another store to purchase something else. While I do like Swarovski jewellery I would not recommend this store based on this experience as it did not meet expectations. I would suggest the staff need to be retrained on what good customer service is.
