My experience with Room 4 Pets was and still is flawless. Their attention to detail and product knowledge is incredible. But what I loved most was their genuine enthusiasm about not only the puppy I was adopting but the opportunity to share their knowledge so my experience could be as seamless as possible. We bought our chihuahua Pilot from Room4pets 5 years ago. We feel like we won the lotto with him, everyone comments on how amazing he is, and how unlike breed stereotypes he is. We are so happy to have found him, and will always feel fond of room4pets for giving us the best dog in the world. Our experience with this pet store has always been great, if we ever wanted another dog we would definitely go to these guys again!

We've recently welcomed our Cavspoodle (Ollie) into our family from Room4Pets and I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful service. We visited the store on multiple occasions to observe Ollie before deciding yes, and the staff were always welcoming. On the day we picked him up, we had a 2 hour induction with Pamela and she was amazing! She went through everything with us in detail; what to expect in the first 24 hours, feeding, teething, grooming, toilet and obedience training - you name it. She was easy going and made the whole process easy for us to take in. Plus, we received a puppy info guide with further information to vaccinations, worming etc. We are so in love with Ollie!

I’ve been into Room4Pets a ridiculous number of times in the last couple of months as I prepared to get a new puppy. The staff have been so helpful, kind and enthusiastic! It’s not the cheapest pet shop, certainly, but the convenience of being right in Westfield is worth it, and they tend to stock high quality brands of most things, rather than budget brands, so I always feel confident as a customer. It’s always heartwarming to see one of the rescue cats find their new home, and from what I can see, they tend to do so a lot quicker than if they were in a shelter.

#1 Pet Store in Sydney! Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and actually care about the animals they sell / re-home. We purchased both our girls (mini dachshunds) from here and on both occasions we were really impressed! Highly recommended for pets, pet supplies and knowledge for "1st time Paw-rents".

We bought our puppy from Room 4 Pets. It was an excellent experience. The staff are so amazing and kind and love the animals so much. Our puppy is the best. Such a sweet natured dog. I recommend thoroughly. My only complaint was that the hardness they sold us was too big for her, and only just fits now a couple of months later!

This review was written by a different dissatisfied customer, but it is so well written and informed that I just had to re-post it. "I skimmed over the recent reviews for "Room 4 Pets" and found countless disappointed and irritated customers and I can see precisely why. Karen Smith simply says, "Horrible," and I can agree with her simple yet strong statement. Everything these well-informed customers are declaring is true. I have also looked at the good reviews, and the ones with positive feedback are misinformed and obviously written by clueless individuals. To summarise the true and informed reviews, many of them constantly mention the rude short-haired girl, poorly skilled and under-trained staff, horrible condition of the fighting fish, puppies too young to be taken from their mothers; courtesy of puppy mills, and overpriced accessories that are much too expensive even for an independent "boutique " pet store. The price for a collar was so outrageous that I would've expected it to be diamond encrusted. As for your bitter responses, I would like to say that they are very unprofessional and generally rude. I've met the short-haired woman that has been complained about multiple times, and you clearly have not taken any action regarding it. Have a nice day."
