Came into this shop to get some oils, and I am more than happy for the following reasons; Service; Today I was greeted by Gemma the store attendant who was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the product range. Her great salesmanship also assisted me to purchase products for a client and also for myself. Cleanliness; The store was clean, smelt great and had a good range of oils to choose from. Value for money; You can purchase products for a variety of budgets, additionally they also stock larger bottles of oils which is really cost-saving for the purchaser. X-factor; I noticed, but did not try today, that you could book in for a massage, will try it in the future, but this is also an added service that goes with buying from this store. In addition, this is one of the only oil stores in Bondi Junction Westfield (I know, because I personally spent a day trying to find other stores, alas there wasn't any in Westfield, with a similar product range. Best tip; Go into the store Wednesday to Saturday, this is when Gemma the store attendant that served me is there, and go for purchasing the 50 ml bottle of oil, if you are an oil enthusiast - It is much more economical. After visiting Perfect Potion at QVB we drove over an hour to go the Bondi store to stock up. Well, the service was rubbish and the young girl couldn't be bothered to get off her chair and help us. She just pointed to the other side of the shop when I ask her where something was. I was so very disappointed after the AWESOME service at QVB. Will not got back the Bondi every again. Maybe Perfect Potion should look at replacing staff at Bondi with ones that actually want to serve customers and not play on their mobile phone. I was there to spend a lot of money and walk out with only spending 24. What a waste of a day. So disappointed
