Phoned them and waited for 10min to speak to someone and not the computer. They hung up after asking one question. No other contact given. Nothing. They seem to be the type of people that care zero about helping you

The "Elderly Asian" looking gentlemen on check in today was very unhelpful. Clearly there to find an excuse to get rid of you as quick as possible. Would try elsewhere if you can.

The girls on check in are extremely rude, their customer service deserves 0 stars. They talk to you in a foul mood and their help is close to none. I felt they treated me with somewhat prejudice. Heads up for first timers, expect to stay here 1h. The service is super slow! Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This system is insanely antiquate! Stood in line for 45 minutes to speak with the one person who was serving thinking that I would be handing in my pre-filled form to be transferred to another medicare card and then I would leave. I am then told my name is now on an appointment list and to take a seat and someone will call my name when they can see me. Thinking this would surely mean maybe a 10-15 minute wait, I stayed. 15 minutes turns into an hour. My name is called 10 minutes later, thinking there was some big process that I was about to undertake I felt the wait was worth it. Little did I know all they need to do is sign the form and take it away and send me the medicare card in the mail. Are you serious! I wasted 2 hours to have a form signed. On top of this the form, the form is completely misleading and I waiting there only to get half the result (the staff member who checked the form 2 hours before didn't pick up on the problem either - so clearly they are just going through the motions, this was also evident in the interaction we had). I went in to move myself and my husband onto a joint medicare card, no where on the form does it say you need all parties to be present rather it states that "person 1" needs ID. ARGH! He works 7am-7pm Mon to Fri, there is NO way he can get there to do this I just don't understand how they expect anyone to get anything done when the information is incorrect and their hours are impractical. Come on Aus Gov lift your game - what a joke!

Came here today to get a replacement Medicare card. The staff named Liam was very helpful and friendly. Place was tidy. Location is accessible.

The reception was horrible. I asked to talk to the manager but the manager did not even come to talk to me. The queue was not long and we had still plenty of time before the branch closed down but they refused to offer services.
