I have been going to head office for a long time now & , I can honestly say it’s the best salon I have been to here in Sydney , from there professionalism to their quality of work it is outstanding, you will be greeted kindly at the door and given a Seat & before you get your hair styled the stylist takes their time to discuss everything and listens to what you want done. The stylist will always tell you the price before they start your hair to make sure you are happy. They take there time with hairstyling never ever rushed and my hair always sits amazing for days! Very reasonable priced also . The girls are always happy and no task is ever to big for them, they always love to do something new if your are ready for it also. A great bunch of girls and I always leave feeling great! Definitely recommend headoffice if your wanting your hair done :)

The best place to go blonde! I have been dying my hair blonde at the HeadOffice for many years and I’ve always walked away with a great colour. Today I had Bernie for the first time transforming my hair and I am very happy with how it turned out! Bernie was super fun, friendly and patient. She took her time and communicated with me to make sure I’m happy. It was overall not only a great hair transformation but a great experience!

Pretty poor job of retouching my hair colour... Colour faded exceptionally fast and was also a very different colour from what i asked for (i even showed a picture of my own hair with the colour I wanted). Had the same style done before (many times now) and it has been perfect each time from a number of other salons. Staff were drinking at 10:30 in the morning (alcohol that is) (literally from a wine glass directly in front of me). Lady charged me 40 more than the quote i was given and didnt even do anything not mentioned in the original quote?? Was a pretty bold move on her part i must say. Also felt as if they were trying to force me to buy every product they had in the store. Overall a really bad experience. And the outcome was definitely not worth the cash. Gonna stick to Toni&guy, they did a great job last time. It also only cost me 80 (not 265!!!) when i had it done by the very talented students.

I just had the best haircut of my life at this salon! It is gorgeous and the people are too. Bernie did my hair exactly how I had wanted it and absolutely made my day :) highly recommend - thank you so much!!! I'll be back!

Quite a disappointing experience. I asked for the sides and back to be blended and when I walked out I looked like this. I had no clue until my girlfriend told me as they hadn’t shown me what the back looked like. Not a great experience considering I paid 65 for a basic men’s haircut and ended up looking dishevelled. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I did walk in as they were closing up shop at 3pm on New Year’s Eve. But still expected a descent cut considering the cost and the fact they were happy to squeeze me in.

Really used to like this hair salon, but i feel the quality of the services has gone down considerably. Haircut and style - had three different ladies curl my hair during my visit, all with different curling styles so it looked an absolute mess. Two of these ladies were trainees, and had no idea what they were doing. My curls/waves fell out completely within 15 mins (and my hair holds curls and waves very well). She would leave the tong in for wayyy too long, it felt dry and damaged afterwards. Really disappointed. I have been coming here for years but I feel like i need to change salons now, for the price I paid id expect better. A bit of advice to the owner - please do not let your trainees style someones hair unless they definitely know what their doing - I had a special event to attend and had my style completely ruined by the time i got there (only took me thirty minutes to get there from the salon). I really expected better from this salon, this is the second time Ive had the same issue. Really disappointed.

I used to always dread getting my hair done due to bad experiences in many salons, until I started going to Head Office. I genuinely love getting my hair done here. The team are excellent, the results are always great and the customer experience is always brilliant. Love it.

I’ve never posted a review before, however I wanted to following my experience here. This hairdresser is known for not quoting prices in the chair (a former employee disclosed this) and I was left with a bill nearly double the price (booked a 180 service and left with a 340 bill). I never requested the additional services, nor was I told during our initial chat that this would cost more based on our discussion - she was making the suggestions. She also asked me if I wanted a bit of a curl at the end which I was led to believe was a wavy blow dry (included in the price), when she actually did GHD curls and added 65 to my bill. A friend had warned me about this happening to her at this hairdresser, but I brushed it off. Anyway I suggest anyone who books here to ask about the exact service they’re being sold in the chair, so you not only agree to it but feel comfortable with it ahead of time.
