They do not know how to run a practice. Appointment made for 13:30, arrived ahead of time and still hadn’t managed to see me by 14:50. At 14:45 they asked if I have had lunch as if I haven’t it might be worthwhile to go have it as the appointment wouldn’t be for another hour! Receptionists are unorganised and lack basic skills to manage a practice.
Thanks Dr Daya Sharma for giving me better vision than I have ever previously had. Your kind and supportive care has made this life changing procedure so easy. Amazing Surgeons
Not impressed with the time management. I first got there and only waited 15 mins to see an ophhis, that was fine... then the whole staff went to lunch for 45 mind while there were 4 people in the waiting room. Seriously if you can’t see patients in that time then don’t book them. Seriously I should not have to wait in the waiting room while they have lunch. If they told me could of at least gone and got some lunch too.
I have to say that those people are really bad, they are not able to manage time and their patients. I've been there 3 times, the doctor was very good, in my opinion, but every time I needed to wait for a long time. At the first appointment, they made me wait more than 1 hour, the second time it was 45 min, and last time the waiting time was 2 and half hours. Go there only if you have time to waste!!!!! Last time that I went there, they told me to leave because they did not like my review on google, they really do not like negative comments and apparently they are not willing to improve at all, they just cannot care less, they just prefer to remove uncomfortable people. So it was one more trip for nothing and again a waste of my time. Please share this review.

I attend this business for required medical check-ups after illness damaged my eye. I highly recommend Dr Daya Sharma for his attentive medical skills and knowledge, he also has shown a genuine interest to my wellbeing during my eye's recovery. Good quality business.
The staff here are horrible! We were made to wait for over an hour and half without so much as "sorry for the delay", they didn't care and then let in a lady before me even though she came after, when I asked them what was going on they said "don't worry she won't be long"... here i am 45min later still waiting. If I could afford to take of another half day from work I would have left.
