Consistent with some other reviews here, I found this Newsagent THE WORST customer service I have received anywhere in recent memory. I required a simple agent service and was rudely dismissed not only in person but by phone after I spoke to their agent partner, who confirmed they should be providing the agent service. The gentleman’s behaviour and service was disgusting. Do yourself a favour and provide your custom to the lovely and helpful team at the Newsagent in the Eastgate centre approximately 100m away. I hope if the gentleman that “served” me owns this business, he goes bankrupt. Disgusted.

Excellent place have all the stamps, magazines cards and relevant products for a newsagencey. I will use this place again.
Ver bad. The newspaper delivery service in this area in the morning is appalling. The papers simply don't get delivered; you often have to ring the shop to find out where they are and the staff invariably say the printer was late! And they still don't arrive. Under the previous management the papers were always delivered on time and if there was a problem on an odd occasion they didn't lie about the printer. It's not the printers fault. It's yours. You need to improve.

Very unpleasant experience today. I hope the staff who I spoke to (Asian male in his 40s or 50s) gets to see this review. Newsagent business is very tough nowasdays due to the prevalence of the internet so I am taking my time to write this review to help business owner to keep loyal customers and improve on the services. When there is a confrontation or misunderstanding happens, rather than becomes defensive and telling your customers to go to another newsagency, the staff should always listen to the customer's comment first, evaluate and be helpful instead of being passive aggressive. There are many newsagents in the area, customers can easily go to another one if they feel they have been mistreated. My intention is to provide constructive advice rather than making a complaint. My time is worth a lot.
