Bio pak advertises same day delivery if ordered before 10am. This is false advertising. They guarantee delivery and package Didn’t turn up the tracking numbers don’t work so you have to call them. I discovered the address was wrong (it was right on my account) I advised them of this. When the delivery finally turned up the address was again wrong after being told that it was rectified. They apologise but don’t do anything to help you don’t buy from them unless you have a week to wait for your delivery. Don’t believe there advertising of same day delivery it’s false. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Have been using their product for a while in my shop! The service keeps dropping dramatically. Today I quit it completely. It's hard to deal with unprofessional business.

Our ‘all care, no judgement’ service includes keeping people safe, providing them with basic first aid, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, as well as a cup of cold water - served in beautiful BioCups subsidised by BioPak!
Terrible service delivery. I have ordered (769 on products) for a big event comming up. Its been over 2 weeks and i got one box delivered. 6 more boxes are still remaining.
I haven't received my order yet!!! It's been 3 weeks without the products that I paid (729) straight away by credit card and now Biopak charged for the same products without my permission on my credit card. I contacted Biopak many times for nothing! I am still waiting to receive my boxes or refund my money. What's going on??? It's disrespectful with the customer! I am very disappointed!
Packs go soggy really quickly with hot food; food directly in touch with the pack tastes odd (sweet); pack can't be recycled after being contaminated by food . A good idea badly thought through.
