Bret and the team raised our home in Heatley this year and we could not be happier with the results. The communication and professionalism displayed by the entire team was second to none. They worked in with our builders perfectly which meant the raise led seamlessly into the renovation work which means we now have a two storey home for us and our parents. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the initial site inspection, to completion - Bret and his team displayed such fantastic professionalism, communication and attention to detail. You can tell the level of experience they have within the industry. We had our miners' cottage house raised, leveled and all interior posts removed. We would recommend Pro-jax to any family, friends or others who are interested in raising their home for an affordable price with an exceptional quality of service.

We used ProJax to restump our beautiful older style home that has 60 year old timber stumps. We could not have been happier with the service, price, professionalism and work ethic of Bret and his team. Bret Nixon consulted with me in a way that allowed me to present the challenges of my renovation. He was very helpful in presenting 'value add' rather than 'cost' Bret and the staff of Nixon build have a can do approach that is no nonsense but practical.
I felt like this was the worst experience ever. Never on time, (40 minutes late the first day); and variations on timing that left me sitting for a couple of whole days, when they didn't turn up). Online communications tool was not used properly; did not have access to it until the 3rd day of construct. It appeared to me that no one knew what they were doing because they had no access to online tool; and neither did I. Questions asked via this method were answered with "sorry the day got away from me" however, invoices were sent as urgent because they had not posted them in time for me to pay on time. I was left with a terrible mess to clean up. Tyre punctured by nail from my wall; that's how bad their clean up was. Whole house covered in dust and debris, walls and floors damaged. Went overtime; had to get them back to correct plastering errors. Used unskilled labour in the tiling process. Left stuff not required for this job at my home for the duration of the job. Lighting incorrectly placed then replaced. Even removed the portaloo a half day before the toilet was installed. (I loved rushing off to the shops in that time). Upon return to correct plastering errors the final straw was the big white boot marks left in my lounge - again. There was mention in their advertising that this should be an enjoyable process, but it was completely the opposite. I am out of pocket for cleaning, have spent more than a week getting dust out of every centimetre of my house, and will have to pay for damage to walls and floors. I personally would not use this company and am disappointed I didn't get recommendations from others before this happened. I felt they were disorganised, lacking in time management, and so incredibly inconsiderate of my time and property. Appalling.
A totally satisfying experience. The team at Nixon Build communicate well, tradies turn up on time, delivering quality workmanship and price-wise are very good value.
