Haven’t used the service so I can’t comment on that side of the business. However, after waiting for a lengthy period time behind one of their delivery trucks illegally parked and totally blocking a one way street in Richmond (Melbourne) this week, I have to review with a one star and mark as not professional. I was rushing to a hospital and the driver pretty much just shrugged her shoulders and casually said, in a low voice, “sorry” ... whilst I had to continue to wait for her to load the truck I would have emailed the company directly about this but I couldn’t find an email address on their web site - only a contact form.
