I paid for fat freeze treatments. When I tried to book the second session I received an email saying they were closed for 6 weeks for fire sprinkler refurbishment. 8 weeks later I received the same email. Both phone numbers are disconnected. If these people set up elsewhere BEWARE. Goodbye 599.

Horrible and pushy - I bought a Groupon voucher for this place and on my preliminary visit they told me that the treatment package I had purchased would not work unless I purchased other much more expensive treatments. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like people attempting to pressure you into parting with more of your cash.
Made false promises to me . I bought 3 sessions of microdermabrasion from scoopon. On my appointment the consultant said my skin is really bad for my age and microdermabrasion can't be done so I need to get facial treatments first. I got 5 facial treatments which were really expensive. The consultant promised that I would see a huge difference in my skin after the facial treatments and then I can usey voucher to get microdermabrasion. I got all 5 treatments but there is hardly any difference in my skin. When I asked to see that same consultant. I was told she's gone on holidays and they don't know when she'll return. Then I asked them to book me for my microdermabrasion treatments. I got email confirmation booking and when I went to get the microdermabrasion, I was told I can't get it as the voucher money was discounted from my initial facial treatment. When I said the consultant told me that I could always use my voucher after facial treatment, manager said it's not possible, she is really rude. Wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone at all.
crooks trying to steal your money via groupon - was bullied and harrassed into spending 1000 plus on a program then when i said no after consideration they were rude and insolent clinic is full of russians not trained properly and I really wonder their legal work status stay away completely unprofessional I also had very similar experiences to poster below that I was taunted about my body and then lots of rudeness to do with appointments and times and then they cancelled all my appointments even though I had a 200 groupon and then were insolent and rude when trying to rebook this is a real case for consumer affairs if you ask me
