Caring local business, with great customer service. Bob's Chemist is also a DHL parcel drop-off point, I cycled there with a heavy parcel. Unfortunately, there was a problem with DHL and they needed to be contacted. The lovely Adriana behind the counter took my parcel, so I didn't have to carry it home and back again, contacted DHL for me, and rang me the next day to let me know all solved. So kind and caring, superb customer service.

After doing a terrible nose piercing on my friend, the muscular pharmacist accused my friend of lying about the nose stud missing a piece (it keeps coming out) and had a full blown argument with her in the store. Appalling service all around
Staff are super helpful and fantastic customer service. Was really amazed at the level of service they provide, they keep you updated on your orders and very diligent. Definitely recommend this Chemist to anybody in the area.
Went in here today. They didn’t have what I needed. But the pharmacist was really polite and took the time to talk me through what I needed and where I could get it. So refreshing to meet a pharmacist that cares and is honest, even when they’re not making a sale. I will be back, just because of the great attitude and service. Thanks.
I love bobs chemist in Newtown! So convenient and very reasonably priced. By far my favourite chemist in Newtown, would highly recommend.
